Welcome to all members of our Thyroid Tribe, new and old. It is lovely to have you here as a part of our community of thyroid patients wanting to thrive. 🤗

This newsletter delves in to something I felt icky about for a long time: buying thyroid medication, online, without a prescription, from Thailand.

This newsletter goes out on a Thursday and is the best way to keep up to date with all my work in the thyroidsphere and hear directly from me without relying on social media algorithms.

I hope you'll find this issue inspiring, reassuring and practical in your own journey back to good health with Hypothyroidism and/or Hashimoto’s.

Each of my newsletters include a blend of thyroid research, events, news, articles, discounts, tips and links to popular social media posts from the last week. Enjoy reading!

Thursday Thoughts

Many patients are left to feel as if there is no option but to buy thyroid medication online.

I was one of these patients, diagnosed with hypothyroidism, on Levothyroxine and told the dose was correct but was incredibly unwell - mentally as well as physically. I felt as if I had the worst kind of flu every single day, for months on end.
