As I am currently very poorly with my own current health struggles, I apologise for this newsletter being a little shorter than usual.

Many of us know the commonly represented signs of hypothyroidism: fatigue, weight gain and feeling cold.

But there are hundreds of recognised symptoms, which many of us are not linking with our thyroid condition. We’re going to explore these in this newsletter.

This newsletter also includes a blend of thyroid news, events, book reviews, personal updates, discounts and more.

This Week’s Topic: What You Need To Know About Thyroid Symptoms

Unpacking the symptoms. And there are MANY of them.

Did you know that there are hundreds of symptoms of a thyroid condition? It may seem surprising, but when we understand that thyroid hormone is needed by every cell and aprt of the body, in order to function correctly, it all makes sense.

Your fertility, brain function, metabolism, heart and so much more requires enough thyroid hormone. When thyroid hormone is in short supply, a lot can be impacted, yet thyroid conditions are rarely taken seriously.

I am going to include my own curated list of symptoms below, which link out to my information on fixing them. Please check them out if you have ongoing symptoms, such as fatigue, brain fog, acid reflux, muscle pain, hair loss etc.

We shouldn’t have to live a half-life.
